Barreto has managed business units for some of the most relevant conglomerates in the world, such as America Móvil, DirecTV, ESPN, Telefonica, Globo, HBO and Abril.
Barreto understands International media market dynamics like few, and is recognized as one of the most influential, cutting-edge and creative executives in the business. He holds an impressive track record in M&A, turn-arounds, business strategy and product development. His most recent accomplishment was to lead the business restructuring, turnaround and sale of DLA, Inc. to America Móvil Group. Under his command, DLA pioneered as a provider of integrated OTT, VOD & linear solutions to network operators, and became one of the leading digital media companies in Latin America and Europe.
